Description
Herbert J. Rahmbow is in charge of the radio, sound and electronic maintenance in the bureau for the new weather forecasting and observation equipment. This new equipment, used most effectively by the Army and Navy, and only recently released for civilian use, combines the former radio-sound program with direction-finding. This equipment discloses the temperature, pressure, humidity, wind, speed and direction, and readings can be taken every minute. Mr. Rahmbow is leaning against a desk, wearing a three-piece suit and eyeglasses. On the desk is a telephone.
