Description
Three amateur radio broadcasters inspect a ship-to-shore transmitting and receiving set on display at a division convention of the American Radio Relay League. The broadcasters are, left to right, W. H. Risinger, of El Dorado, Arkansas, R. Sims, of Seminole, Oklahoma, and Louis Falconi, of Roswell, New Mexico. Risinger is holding the telephone handset in his left hand and a cigarette in his right hand. He is wearing a suit and eyeglasses. Sims is wearing a collared shirt and pinstripe trousers. Falconi is wearing a collared shirt, a necktie, trousers and eyeglasses.
