Description
Left to right, Wesley Barrett and Ralph Hardy were back on the job with the city heath department. The two veterans each served 30 months overseas. Hardy resumed his position as sanitary engineer after he served as the captain and commanding officer of a malaria control unit in Australia, New Guinea and the Philippine Islands. Barrett will be in charge of the food handling school, directing classes for the vocational educational program at Technical High School and the city health department. Barrett previously served with the medical corps in Africa, Sicily, Sardinia and Italy. They are standing against a wall, both wearing suits.
