    Description

    Harry Noah, of Arlington, Texas, began work as deputy for County Clerk Mel Faulk. Noah replaces Mrs. Hallie King, who resigned Nov. 15. An Army first sergeant now on terminal leave, Noah was in the service for 41 months. He served nine months in the European Theater with the 13th Armored Division. He is shown standing against a wall, wearing his military uniform.
