Among officials who celebrated "Burlington Day" at the Traffic Club luncheon Monday were left to right, Wright Armstrong, Houston, Texas; Karl W. Fischer, Chicago, Illinois; and C. D. Peckenpaugh, Fort Worth, Texas. Armstrong is the executive assistant for the Fort Worth and Denver City Railway (FW&DC) He is wearing a double breasted pinstripe suit. Mr. Fischer is assistant to the president of the Burlington Lines and chief speaker at the luncheon. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Peckenpaugh is vice president and general manager of the FW&DC lines. He is wearing three piece suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 4, 1945.
