Description
One of the smoothest working departments in the Star-Telegram is the mailing room on the basement mezzanine. Here a crew of 22 men work with precision to get the papers to the dealers and individual subscribers. Clive Timmons puts the pink address slips prepared in the listing room on papers with a mailing machine. These papers reach the receiving post office arranged according to rural route and box number. He is wearing a collared shirt and trousers and is looking over a stack of newspapers on a table.
