    Leading the fight to do away with trade barriers erected by the state are left to right Paul T. Truitt and Philip Tocker. Mr. Truitt, is visiting from Washington District of Columbia. He is dressed in a suit with a pocket square. Mr. Tocker of Fort Worth, Texas, is dressed in a striped suit. The men delivered an address at the Cotton Research Congress in Waco, Texas.
