Description
Boy Scout Troop No. 49 was the first to receive an award offered to the first troop in which 90 percent of the members made Victory Loan Bond sales. Looking over their sales sheets, left to right, are Frank Hopkins, Quentin McGown, Scoutmaster E. P. Thomas, Eugene Warren and Lyle Pattie. This troop went "over the top" in its campaign with 100 percent of its membership selling E Bonds. The boys are wearing their scout uniforms. Scoutmaster Thomas is wearing a suit.
