    Description

    Former servicemen are back in their jobs at the Gulf Oil Corporation. Harold Y. McClure, a Navy Lieutenant and geologist with Gulf Oil. Mr. McClure is wearing suit. He is sitting at his desk examining geology reports. A rock is holding the printout in place as Mr. McClure makes marks with a pencil. There are a dozen more pencils off to his side. A microscope sits in front of Mr. McClure with a sample on the slide. There are a couple of beakers at the corner of his desk. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, December 2, 1945.
