Description

City employees will hear an explanation of their new retirement pension plan, which begins operation Jan. 1 at a series of conferences Friday in the city council chamber at the city hall. The detailed explanation will be offered by William J. Barr of Oklahoma City, consulting insurance actuary and Robert A. Coleman, newly appointed pension administrator. Coleman joined the Army 31 months ago, he graduated from TWC. In the picture Mr. Coleman appears to be wearing a striped suit, eyeglasses, a collared white shirt, and a tie. He is standing in front of a wall.
