Description
Lieutenant (jg) Frank Bailey Junior is one of those genial persons who would know someone in Timbuktu. He just makes and keeps friends that easily. It was two years ago this month that Bailey, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank A. Bailey started his overseas Navy duty, and he met a friend almost at every island. His wife Marjorie Tappan and their 18 month old son, Frank II, will be at home in Fort Worth . Bailey will be in the grain business with his father.
