Description
Colonel and Mrs. Floyd E. Martin chuckle over the child care column in the Star-Telegram which the engineer colonel passed on to a French mother who insisted she intended to rear her baby, " the Star-Telegram- way" so he would be "beeg and strong like the American soldats". In the picture you can see them looking at each other and reading the newspaper, seating on a bench.
