Radio musical entertainment as an item much in demand among American soldiers of the occupation army in Europe, now that the war is over, Captain Robert Cranston. reported Wednesday on his arrival in Fort Worth for a 45- day leave. Son of Mr. Mrs. George Cranston, he went to England and landed in France on D- plus two. He was wounded a second time by a shell explosion in Verviers, Belgium. He has been executive officer of the American forces Network, operating a station in London, one in Paris, three on the Riviera, five in Italy, and stations in Germany at Berlin, Bremen, Frankfurt-am Main, Munich, Stuggart, Kassel, and Beirut and in Austria in Vienna and Salzburg. In the picture you can see him smiling, and wearing his uniform.
