Description
Francis A. Schmidt is the head football coach at Ohio State University, a member of the Western Conference. He stopped in Fort Worth, Texas on his way home from a conference in Los Angeles, California where he attended a meeting for the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Coach Schmidt is looking for a team to fill a recent vacancy in their 1940 schedule after the University of Chicago liquidated their program. Coach Schmidt is standing against a wall dressed in a suit with a bowtie.
