Description
Captain R. E. Tarvin head of the police traffic department, and Luellen Travis, eight, posted the first accident sign at W. Lancaster and University Dr., where a serious collision occurred Sunday night. The warning signs will be posted at the scene of all automobile accidents this week as part of Fort Worth's first popular support safety campaign. Captain Tarvin is wearing his uniform, hat, and eyeglasses. He appears to pushing the sign into the ground. Luellen Travis is wearing a dress, white socks and sneakers; she appears to be scratching her head.
