Description
Tom A. Burke, of Chicago member of the staff of the National Safety Council, left, is introduced by A. F. Townsend, membership chairman of Fort Worth Safety Council, to workers in a drive to $60,000 for an intensive 18 month accident prevention program. A black cat, traditional talisman of bad luck, will be the symbol for the campaign to make Fort Worth "safety conscious." Both men appear to be wearing striped suits and eyeglasses.
