Description
Fort Worth, Texas Mayor T. J. Harrell, right, is attending the Rotary Club luncheon at the Hotel Texas. Upon arrival, he received a surprise package from Winthrop P. Younger, left. Mr. Younger is an assistant general manager of the National Affiliated Hotels. He is giving the mayor an invitation to be an honor guest at the Mardi Gras in Galveston, Texas. Mr. Younger is dressed in a three piece suit. Mayor Harrell is wearing a double breasted suit.
