Description
Members of the 1940 National Range Tour visited ranges and ranch homes in Texas. Among those who made the tour through Texas was H. L. Atkinson, county agent, of Ector County, Texas, right. Standing at the left is an unidentified man wearing a long-sleeve collared shirt, necktie, trousers, hat and eyeglasses. He is smoking a pipe. Atkinson is wearing a suit, striped necktie and a hat. The men are standing outside.
