Description
First Christmas tuberculosis seals of the 1945 campaign which opens Monday in Fort Worth and Tarrant County, were purchased by Jeanette MacDonald just before start of her concert. Lieutenant General Barton K. Yount watches as W. Beverly West Junior, Director of the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Tuberculosis Association, makes the sale. Mrs. MacDonald appears to be wearing an evening gown and grabbing the seal. Lieutenant General Yount appears to be wearing a uniform. Mr. West appears to be wearing a suit and he has the seal in his hand.
