Description
Miss Margaret Cowden of Iowa Park and Mister Walter Nicholson of 716 Perkins are the queen and king of posture at the Texas Workforce Commission for that school year. They were winners in the annual competition which started with 100 candidates. Ms. Cowden appears to be wearing an evening gown, the upper portion of the gown appears to be a dark color there are some designs with sequins in the lower part of the dress. Mr. Nicholson is wearing a suit, a white collared shirt, and a tie. The winners are wearing paper crowns.
