G. Borgo Bilia, Mexican 4-H Club boy from Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, offers a cigarette to goat at Fort Worth stockyards. In the picture you can see Mr. Bilia wearing a long sleeve white collared shirt, tie, and a vest. He is sustaining the face of the goat and in between his fingers he has a cigarette.
