Description
Lt. Col. J. M. Craddock was the chief of the signal section of the 20th Air Force in the Pacific theater. He spent time over different countries in the Pacific Saipan, Guam, Iwo Jima, Tinian. The young officer son of Mr. and Mrs. T.B. Craddock of Granbury. He graduated of A& M College and a reserve officer, he is now on inactive duty and will return soon to his peacetime job with Humble Oil & Refining Company in Houston. In the picture you can see Mrs. J. A. Toohay, Lieutenant Colonel J. M. Craddock, Houston, and Mrs. Ella Anglin, Hillsboro. The ladies appear to be wearing dresses and Lt. Craddock is seating in the middle; he is wearing his uniform.
