Mrs. E. R. Conner, 58, who died November 1, 1945. Mrs. Conner is the former manager of E. R. Conner & Company from 1937 to 1942 and a Fort Worth, Texas resident for 36 years. She died due to an illness she was battling for a year and a half. She is the second woman in Texas to be admitted to the practice of law, attending North Texas State Teachers College and received law training under a private tutor in Fort Worth. She passed the bar examination in Texarkana in 1914.
