Description
The Civil Aeronautics Authority training program is being offered to students at Texas Wesleyan College. Taking part in the training program at the Municipal Airport left to right are Edwin W. Ritchey, Lee Griffin, Don McHendrie, and Curtis Blair. Mr. Ritchey is the chief instructor and check pilot for the students. He is explaining the workings of a rotary motor to the three students.
