Female golfers throughout the country are gathering for the Women's Texas Open Golf Tournament. The tournament is being held at the Colonial Country Club, in Fort Worth, Texas. Competing in the tournament is Fort Worth native Polly Riley. She became a strong threat in the tournament when she eliminated Betty Jameson, the former national champion. Miss Riley is shown placing a ball on the tee. She is wearing a hat, collared blouse, sweater, and a skirt.
