    Female golfers throughout the country are gathering for the upcoming Women's Texas Open Golf Tournament. The tournament will be held at the Colonial Country Club, in Fort Worth, Texas. Preparing for the tournament, standing left to right, are Mrs. R. C. McCubbin, Mrs. Holbrook T. Ashton, and Mrs. Ray S. Fellows. The woman at the far right is unidentified. The three boys crouching at the left are the caddies. Mrs. McCubbin, of Kansas City, Missouri, is the current president of the Trans-Mississippi Golf Association. Mrs. Ashton, of St. Louis, Missouri, is a past president of the organization. Mrs. Fellows, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, is a past president of the organization. The women are wearing short-sleeve, collared blouses and skirts.
