Among the visitors at the Odessa, Texas, convention of the Permian Basin Association were, left to right, G. H. Nelson, of Lubbock, Texas, and Berry Brown, of Abilene, Texas, tax analyst for the West Texas Chamber of Commerce. They are standing against a blank wall, both wearing suits, neckties and eyeglasses. Mr. Nelson has a ribbon pinned to his suit jacket that reads, "Let's go to Lubbock next!" calling for the next association meeting to be held in Lubbock, Texas. Both men have a small American flag pin attached to their suit jackets.
