    Description

    The American Red Cross is developing safety plans for a future program in Fort Worth, Texas. Discussing plans, left to right, are Ray Schlotterbeck and Frank Gumm. Mr. Schlotterbeck is the director of the first aid, water safety, and accident prevention service. He is in town on a two-day inspection tour. He is dressed in a suit. Mr. Gumm is the director of safety services for the Tarrant County chapter. He is wearing a light suit.
