Description
Union members are picketing outside the Convair production plant in Fort Worth, Texas, after an unauthorized walkout shut down the factory. J. C. Johnson, right, is president of the American Federation of Labor (AFL), Machinists Lodge 776-A. He is talking with several union members. They are, left to right, W. C. Swanner, E. J. McCann, and O. F. Westbrook. The man standing directly behind Mr. Johnson (face obscured) is unidentified. The men are dressed in suits. Mr. Swanner is wearing a hat.
