Description
Pictured left to right are Doctor Harold M. Williams and Doctor C. Burke Brewster. After five years in the Army, serving in Africa, Italy, and France, Dr. Brewster has returned home to Fort Worth, Texas. He is resuming his position as city public health director. He is dressed in a three-piece pinstripe suit Dr. Williams, who acted as director in Dr. Brewster's absence, is handing over the department's budget for the fiscal year. Dr. Williams will be returning to his position as city epidemiologist. He is wearing a three piece suit.
