Female golfers throughout the state are preparing for the upcoming Women's Texas Open Golf Tournament. The tournament will be held at the Colonial Country Club, in Fort Worth, Texas. Preparing for the tournament, left to right, are Mrs. Al Lever, Mrs. H. N. Coffman, Mrs. Al Mortensen, and Mrs. E. H. Wolfhart. All four women are from Houston, Texas. They are shown standing on the course, holding their clubs, dressed in golf attire. Mrs. Lever is dressed in a striped blouse and a skirt. Mrs. Coffman is wearing a hat, blouse, and a striped skirt. Mrs. Mortensen is dressed in a blouse and trousers. Mrs. Wolfhart is wearing a button-up dress.
