A Vernon Delegation is heading to the Arlington Downs Rodeo. Friends of the rodeo sponsor, E. Paul Waggoner, are shown gathering in front of a bus. The bus was furnished by Ray Grimes, head of the Chisholm Trailways. The crowd is standing on the street, in front of three stores - Worth Package Store, Isbell's Beauty Salon, and Kay Drug Company.
