Description
With the end of World War II, Texas clocks are being reset from War Time to Standard Time. The change was instituted in 1942 in an effort to conserve energy resources for the war. The clock hanging on the wall reads a quarter to six o'clock. When the time changes to Central Standard Time, it will read quarter to five o'clock.
