Master Sergeant Frank B. Potter Junior is greeting his father, Frank B. Potter Senior, after three years of overseas service. Sergeant Potter is a 27-year-old soldier in the Army Air Forces. He is spending a 21-day furlough catching-up with his parents. Sergeant Potter entered the service in 1941. He served as a squadron inspector with the ground crew of the 369th Heavy Bombardment Group, 8th Air Force. While overseas, the sergeant married the former Miss Joyce Brown. They married in December of 1944. Sergeant Potter is a 1938 graduate of the University of Texas. He was attending law school prior to joining the military. He is dressed in his military uniform. Mr. Potter is wearing a double breasted suit.
