Pictured standing left to right are Dr. R. H. Gougth, Dr. J. W. Tottenham Sr., and the specialist, Dr. Efren Marin. Dr. Gough is dressed in a pinstripe suit. Dr. Tottenham is wearing a doubled breasted suit. Both men are acting as the hosts at City-County Hospital. Dr. Marin, 39, is dressed in a suit. He is the head of the eye, ear, nose, and throat department of Mexico City's Hospital Infantil. He attended the University of Mexico and the University of Paris. In the United States he studied at Tulane, John Hopkins, and Columbia. Dr. Marin's research is backed up by the 100,000 cases in which the technique was used. Only four of those patients experienced hemorrhages.
