    Description

    Betsy J. Curlee has been discharged from the Women's Army Corps (W. A. C.) after 16 months in the Pacific Theater. At the time of discharge, she was a staff sergeant. During her overseas service, she was a secretary to a quartermaster officer in Australia, New Guinea, Leyte, and Luzon. Now a civilian again, Miss Curlee is planning to enter the University of Texas in the spring. She is shown standing against a wall, dressed in her military uniform.
