Description
A child welfare banquet is being held Sunday night at the Hotel Texas. In attendance is Spence E. Eccles, of Ogden, Utah. Mr. Eccles is the national head of the Forty and Eight American Legionnaires (40&8). He is dressed in his legion uniform. At the banquet, Mr. Eccles urged every legion to get behind the Peace Mobilization Bill.
