Mr. Carter and the man on the left ar3eessed in long sleeve inner collared shirts, ties, and pants Mr. Carter is wearing a hat. The man on the extreme right is wearing a suit, inner collared shirt and tie. The two men standing at each end are wearing eyeglasses and holding papers in their hands. It seems as though the men are outdoors.
