Description
The Corsicana Victory Fair and Rodeo is opening the annual five-day event with friendly greetings between Fort Worth, Texas, and Corsicana, Texas, residents. In attendance, left to right, are Miss Suzanne Calhoun, Mayor Roscoe Carnrike, Lieutenant Audie Murphy, and Mayor John C. Calhoun. Miss Calhoun is the daughter of the Corsicana mayor. She is wearing a blouse, striped blazer, and a matching skirt. Mayor Carnrike, of Fort Worth, is dressed in a double breasted suit. Lieutenant Murphy, of Farmersville, Texas, is the most decorated soldier in the United States Army. He is dressed in his military uniform. Mayor Calhoun, of Corsicana, Texas, is dressed in a suit.
