Description
J. V. Talley is one of the many former servicemen attending classes at the Technical Institute. Mr. Talley, 21, dropped out of Technical High School in 1941 and entered the Army in 1942. He received a medical discharge two years ago and is currently employed at a manufacturing company. He is enrolling in a class to study pattern-making and blueprint reading. Mr. Talley is married with a ten-month-old son. He is shown standing against a wall, dressed in a button-up shirt and trousers.
