William T. Wheeler Junior, former service man. Wheeler Junior is shown standing in front of an empty wall wearing his military uniform. He is also smiling slightly and looking towards the right. He was recently discharged from the Air Corps recently after three and a half years' service. He wore the air medal with three clusters, four battle stars and a unit citation.
