    Optimists Club. Floyd Shelton, Optimist, presenting scroll to George L. Robertson, chairman of Rationing board, Mrs. Robertson is at the right. The trio is shown in high spirits as Shelton presents a scroll to Robertson in appreciation for his services while on the board. The two men hold a side of the scroll while Mrs. Robertson holds a bouquet of flowers and smiles at the camera. The men are dressed in double-breasted suits while Mrs. Robertson is wearing a dark, long-sleeve dress. In front of them is a table with two chairs.
