Policeman. Officer V. P. (Pee Wee) Howell (right) and Desk Sergeant V. O. Cox. The two officers are shown standing next to each other in front of a door. Both are wearing officer's uniforms and Howell is smoking a cigar. Both are also wearing eyeglasses. Howell claims the title of being the oldest and shortest man on the police force. Cox is 6 feet 4 inches while Howell compares at 5 foot 5 inches. Cox has been on the forces for 12 years, half the term of Howell.
