Lieutenant Colonel Aylwyn Pennell Williams, bust shot. WIlliams is shown standing in front of a plain wall, wearing his military uniform and a pair of eyeglasses. He is a former professor of military science and tactics at Louisiana State University and is now an assistant to Lieutenant Colonel James L. Ballard, head of The Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) system in the high schools in Fort Worth, Texas. Williams has spent 25 years in the service.
