    Description

    Luis Alva Cejudo, chancellor in local Mexican consulate. Mr. Cejudo is shown sitting at a desk in an office and smiling at the camera. He is wearing a suit with a striped tie. On the desk in front of him are various papers and documents he appears to be going through. Further down the desk is a telephone. Behind him, a sink and a window with blinds can be seen. A calendar hung up on the wall can also be seen too. Mr. Cejudo was a veteran of 15 years in the Mexican foreign service.
