Six Cub Scouts from Den 10 are visiting City Hall. During their visit, they toured an empty cell block. Pictured left to right, at the top, are Bob Whitten, Charles Pyeatt, and Richard King. At the bottom are Leon Weil, Lloyd Sandusky, Terry Gregg, and Police Captain R. R. Howerton. The boys are wearing their Cub Scout uniforms.
