He is wearing a rolled up shirt tucked into a pair of belted trousers. He is also wearing a hat and a pair of eyeglasses. On the back of his truck is a crate full of junk. Further back, a large pile of trash can be seen on the ground. This was the result of the first citywide trash collection.
