H. C. Burke Junior (left) is presenting a Little All-America trophy to Howard Young as part of an Award Luncheon. Young is a star Center on the Texas Wesleyan University football team and is the first Ram grid man to top the Williamson Rating System. Mr. Burke is dressed in a dark colored suit. Young is originally from Trinidad, Colorado. He is wearing a collared shirt, necktie, sweater, blazer, and trousers.
