Description

City cleanup campaign. Shown in the picture are H. D. Pope, left, and his son David, right. Both are wearing hats. They are picking trash from their premises to the curb during Arlington's cleanup drive, that began Thursday. Mr. Pope is using a wheel barrow to carry the trash and David is putting the trash bags on the ground near the curb. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, August 31, 1945.
