    Description

    Doctor J. M. Price, founder of the school of religious education of the Baptist Seminary, was honored at a banquet at Travis Avenue Baptist Church. Seated at a dinner table are, left to right, Mrs. Price, Dr. Price, Dr. A. E. Tibbs, and J. Earl Meade. Mrs. Price is wearing a wide-brimmed hat, blazer, and a corsage. Dr. Price is dressed in a dark suit. Dr. Tibbs, of New Orleans, Louisiana, was the toastmaster. He is wearing a pinstripe suit. Mr. Meade, of Dallas, Texas, was the principal speaker at the dinner. He is dressed in a suit. Hanging on the back wall is a poster with "Price" written at the top, and the years 1920 and 1945 on either side.
